摘 要:考虑了薄壁套圈的结构变形,建立了高速薄壁圆柱滚子轴承拟静力学分析数学模型,采用BFGS数值计算方法,给出了其在不同工况下的滚子载荷分布情况和轴承疲劳寿命,并对套圈壁厚与轴承性能的关系进行了分析。结果表明:套圈柔性特性影响滚子的载荷分布,柔性套圈滚子受载区域比刚性套圈滚子受载区域要大,且柔性套圈的滚子最大接触载荷比刚性套圈的小,在一定工况下,柔性套圈有利于轴承疲劳寿命的提高。Taking structural deformation about the thin-walled rings into account,a quasi-static analytical model is established including the deformation of thin-walled rings,and the load distribution of rollers and fatigue life of bearing are solved by BFGS arithmetic under different operating conditions.Then the relationships between ring thickness and bearing performance are analyzed.The results show that the flexibility of rings influences the load distribution of rollers,compared with the bearing with rigid rings,the load zone of rollers of bearing with flexible rings is bigger,and the maximum contact pressure of rollers is smaller,the flexibility of rings can improve bearing's fatigue life under certain operating condition.
