摘　　要：在分析棉条质量在线检测系统国内外研究现状基础上,结合LabVIEW中的DAQ实时数据采集工具,实现了一种算法调整灵活、功能可剪裁的棉条质量在线检测系统,利用纺织机械进行的现场实验结果表明,系统运行稳定,并能达到较高的实时计算精度.Based on the analyse of current reaserch progress for the on-line mnitoring system of the quality of sliver at home and abroad,used the real time data acquisition tool（DAQ） in LabVIEW,we realized a kind of on-line mnitoring system for the quality of sliver whose algorithm adjusted flexibly and functions can be tailored easily,the field experiment result on the textile machinery shows the system not only runs stablility but also can reach a high real time calculation precision.
