摘　　要：农村体育文化是具有地域性特征、文化习俗特征及形态特征的一种体育文化和农村文化的亚文化,它包含物质、制度、精神和行为文化四个层次。现阶段我国农村体育文化具有低商业价值高社会价值的特性。因此加强农村体育文化建设的理念是促进社会的和谐与公正,让广大农民共享改革开放的伟大成果,切实保障农民体育权益,改善农民生活方式,提高农民的身体健康水平和生活水平。Rural sports culture is the combitation of both regional and cultural practices feature,and it is a kind of subculture to sports culture and rural culture.It contains four levels： material,system,mental and behavioral culture.the character of China countryside sports culture has low commercial value but high social value.Therefore,strengthening the cultural construction in rural areas is to allow farmers to share the great achievements of reform and opening up,promote social harmony and justice,and promote the coordinated economic,social and cultural development.
