摘　　要：膝关节前交叉韧带(ACL)断裂是发生率较高而又严重的运动损伤,对ACL和膝关节的功能解剖及生物力学做了进一步分析,认为镜下前交叉韧带重建术创伤小,骨道定位准确,重建的韧带可达到牢固的生物学固定,以达到更有效的康复效果。ACL rupture is the high percentage of happening and serious sport injuries.The function dissect and biological mechanics of ACL and knee were analyzed further.Through consulting a large amount of document materials,the result of arthoscopically assisted anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction for the recovery effects were good and the operation injuries were minors and patellar tendon grafts were firmly fixed.The reconstructed ACL were isometric and could be fixed biologically and firmly in order to reach more effective recovery result.
