摘　　要：明代辽东自然灾害频繁,其中水旱灾害次数多,破坏性较大,给辽东军民生活带来了严重影响。辽东地处东北边疆,在军事上对明朝有着重要的意义,因此明朝政府十分重视辽东地区的救灾工作,采取过蠲免、赈济、中盐、暂开海禁等多种救治措施,但重救灾轻防灾的做法,给后人留下了深刻的教训。In the Ming Dynasty, the Liaodong District was a place with severe natural disasters, especially devastating drought and flood. Many natural disasters brought catastrophic effect to the local army and civilians. Faced with natural disasters, the government of the Ming Dynasty took different relief measures, such as initiative positive land tax reduction policy, relieving famine victims, encouraging salters to transport cereals, lifting the ban on maritime trade, etc. These effective relief measures left a great lesson to the off - springs.
