摘　　要：目的了解农村卫生与计划生育适宜技术在江西省的推广使用效果及服务对象对适宜技术的满意度情况。方法采用分层抽样方法,对1 836例接受过适宜技术服务的服务对象进行满意度问卷调查。结果①调查对象平均年龄为(35.20±17.39)岁,其中男性占30.9%,女性占69.1%。②适宜技术服务的总有效率为84.91%,其中治愈和显效者分别占48.86%和36.05%。不良反应发生率低,为3.92%。③96.89%的服务对象表示愿意接受适宜技术服务,多因素非条件Logistic回归分析提示服务对象对所用技术的了解程度、技术服务的诊疗效果、诊疗时间和收费是影响服务对象接受技术服务的主要因素。④服务对象对技术服务很满意、比较满意者分别为48.04%和44.93%。影响满意度的主要因素有:服务对象家庭月人均收入、医务人员的技术熟练程度、医务人员是否能向就医者主动介绍其病情和所用的适宜技术、技术服务的诊疗效果、诊疗时间和收费。结论江西省农村卫生适宜技术推广应用效果较好,服务对象愿意接受适宜技术服务且满意度较高,综合满意度为92.97%。Objective To understand the promotion of the feasible techniques of rural health and family planning and the satisfaction of target clients with the feasible technologies in rural areas of Jiangxi Province.Methods A questionnaire survey on the degree of satisfaction was conducted among 1 836 people who had received appropriate technology services with stratified cluster sampling method.Results The average age of survey objects was（35.20±17.39） years,and men accounted for 30.9% and women 69.1%.The total effective rate of feasible medical technical services was 84.91%,and the cure rate and the rate of marked effect were 48.86% and 36.05%,respectively.The incidence of side effects or adverse reactions was 3.92%.Of the 1 836 target clients,96.89% expressed willingness to accept the feasible medical technical services.Multi-factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the primary factors of affecting target clients to accept the technical services included understanding of the technologies,effect of diagnosis and treatment,consultation hours,and costs.The target clients who satisfied and relatively satisfied the technical services accounted for 48.04% and 44.93%,respectively.The main factors affecting satisfaction included：monthly per capita remittance income,technical skills of medical staff,medical personnel who whether could introduce the medical condition on their own initiative,use of suitable technologies,effect of diagnosis and treatment,consultation hours,and costs.Conclusion The promotion of country feasible medical technologies is effective in Jiangxi Province.The target clients are willing to accept the feasible medical technical services,and the comprehensive satisfaction degree is 92.97%.
