摘 要:用实验的方法研究了水平螺旋管管外有纵向V型槽时的凝结换热的强化问题.在相同的真空度下,测试了当V型槽的角度改变或槽的数目变化时管外凝结换热系数随冷却水流量变化的规律,并将V型槽水平螺旋管与矩形槽水平螺旋管及水平螺旋光管的传热效果作了比较.实验结果表明,V型槽槽深为1mm、槽数为28、夹角为60°时,强化效果最佳;其换热系数是矩形槽管的4~7倍。Studied is the enhanced condensation heat transfer of horizontal coil tube with longitudinal “V” type grooves. The vacuum is kept unchanged to exclude the influence of air on condensation. The heat transfer coefficients of coil tubes with V grooves of different angle and number are measured. Compared with bare coil tube, the V grooved tube has better heat transfer characteristics and the results show that the best structure is 28 grooves with a depth h =1mm and angle =60°. The highest heat transfer coefficient of the V grooves coil tube is 4~7 times that of the tube with rectangle grooves and 8 times that of the bare coil tube.
