摘　　要：谭肖崖调查军阀孙殿英东陵盗宝案、戴修瓒因"三一八"惨案而拘传段祺瑞案、吴盛涵审判大间谍川岛芳子案,表现了德山善德文化熏陶下的法治人才面对邪恶势力毫不畏惧的勇气。正直的人品,实事求是的精神,刚正不阿的性格,是这些从事法治工作的德山书院学子的共同特点。Tang Xiaoya investigating Sun Dianying who Qirui who made ＂ March eighteenth massacre＂, Wu Shenghan stole the Dongling, Dai Xiuzan summoning Duan trialing spy kawashima yoshiko, all show the cour- age of rule - of - law talents under the influence of Deshan virtue culture. All the three rule - of - law talents from the Deshan College share upright and outspoken personality and seeking- truth -from- facts spirit.
