摘  要:目的:探讨全自动尿沉渣分析仪对尿中红细胞来源鉴别的临床价值。方法:用AVE-763尿沉渣分析仪分别检测肾小球性(肾性)和非肾小球性(非肾性)红细胞的大小、形态和色度的改变。结果:肾性红细胞大小、形态有明显改变,色度分析结果明显减弱,非肾性红细胞的形态、大小和细胞色度与正常红细胞相似,没有明显改变。正常红细胞放置时间较长后引起细胞皱缩性改变,虽然大小、形态发生了改变,但色度确有所增强。结论:红细胞形态和大小改变不能说明红细胞来源于肾脏,只有同时红细胞色度减弱时才能认为红细胞来源于肾脏。Objective: To investigate the clinical value of using the fully automatic urine cell analyzer in discriminating the renal and non-renal urine RBC. Methods: The change of the renal and non-renal urine RBC in size, shape and chroma were detected by AVE-763 fully automatic urine cell analyzer. Results: There were remarkable change of the renal urine RBC in size and shape and obvious decrease in chroma, whereas there was no remarkable change in that of the nonrenal RBC. The normal RBC had a crimple change which leaded to the change in size and shape after long time place ment, and the chroma of crimple RBC increased. Conclusion: The change of RBC in size and shape couldn′t distinguish the origin (renal or non-renal) of the urine RBC, but going with the decrease in chroma can make sure the renal origin of urine RBC.
