邦亭在颅脑创伤治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究邦亭在治疗颅脑创伤中的止血作用与安全性。方法:将60例颅脑创伤的患者随机分为邦亭组(30例)和对照组(30例),邦亭组给予邦亭1U,2次/d,静滴2～3d,对照组给予氨甲环酸1g,2次/d,静滴2～3d,观察出血情况及不良反应。结果:邦亭组止血效果与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);邦亭组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:邦亭在治疗颅脑创伤中止血效果良好,安全性好。Objective： To study the hemostatic effect and safety of Hemocoagulase for Injection in the treatment of cranio cerebral trauma. Methods： 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）, and they were treated with Hemocoagulase for Injection （1 U/time, 2 times/d, 2-3 d, intravenous drip） and Tranexamic Acid （1 g/ time, 2 times/d, 2-3 d, intravenous drip） respectively. The bleeding status and adverse reaction were observed. Results： The two groups showed no significant difference in hemostatic effect （P0.05）, but the incidence rate of adverse reaction was lower in treatment group than that of control group （P0.05）. Conclusion： It is an effective drug in the treatment of bleeding for patients with craniocerebral trauma, with more safety.
