单次血液灌流治疗对中老年糖尿病患者重症高脂血症影响的观察

摘　　要：目的了解血液灌流治疗重度高脂血症的短期疗效。方法 23例重度高脂血症患者给予血液灌流120 min,比较治疗前后血脂的变化。结果治疗后血浆总胆固醇(TC),甘油三酯(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-ch),载脂蛋白B(ApoB)均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),而对高密度脂蛋白(HDL-ch)和载脂蛋白A(ApoA)的作用不明显(P>0.05)。结论行单次血液灌流治疗能够很好地降低糖尿病合并高脂血症的血脂水平。Objective To observe the short term effect of one-time bemoperfusion on severe hyperlipidemia. Methods The changes of blood lipids in 23 hyperlipidemia patients with diabetes before and after the one-time hemoperfusion were observed. Results The levels of serum fotal cholesterol （TCH）, low-densitylipoprotein-eholesteml （LDL-ch） ,triglyceride （TG） and apol/poprotein B decreased after the treatment of hemopeffusim （P 〈0. 05）;The level of high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol（ HDL- ch） and apolipoprotein A had no significant changes after treament （P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion The one-time hemoperfusion is a efective method for treatment of hyperlipidemia patients with diabetes. It can excellently decrease the levels of the patients.
