摘　　要：目的探讨新质控措施在基础医疗质量管理中的作用。方法通过采取新质控措施的方法、途径、效果及其采取前后的比较了解新措施在基础医疗质量管理中的作用。结果 2008～2009年采取新型质控措施后提高了我院的质控水平,明显减少了医疗投诉、纠纷的发生率及赔偿比率。结论采取新型医疗质控措施在医院基础医疗质量管理中起到了重要作用。Objective discussion of new quality control measures in health care quality management.Methods by taking a new quality control measures,approaches,and comparison of before and after the new measures in the underlying medical function of quality management.Results 20082009 year after a new quality control measures taken to improve the quality level of our hospital,significantly reduce medical complaints,disputes and the compensation rate.Conclusion take new medical quality control measures in Hospital Foundation medical quality management played an important role.
