早产极低体重儿1例护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨早产极低体重儿临床护理要点。方法对1例早产低体重儿急救护理进行回顾性分析和总结。结果经全科工作人员认真对待,全力以赴,因抢救及时,精心护理,严密观察,降低了死亡率。结论为今后治疗护理同类患儿提供了经验,增加了自信心。Objective Explore the clinical essentials of nursing premature infants with extremely low birth weight.Method Analyze and retrospectively summarize the first aid nursing toward this case of premature infant with extremely low birth weight.Results All working staff took the case seriously and went all out for it.The death rate was reduced because of the timely rescue,careful nursing,rigorous observation,the emphasis on the nursing and treatment of aspects such as rewarming,feeding,airway management,infection,bleeding,icterus,and so on.Conclusion Provide experiences for curing and nursing patients with the same kind of disease,and enhance the self-confidence.
