摘　　要：随着我国经济建设步伐加快,人民生活水平迅速提高,积极投入体育实践的人越来越多,对体育职能的认识也随之不断加深与提高。因此,体育的职能教育和健身娱乐功能需要探讨,认真总结体育在促进人身心发展方面的作用,使体育更好地为社会主义物质文明和精神文明建设服务。With the rapid development of economy,the living standard has improved greatly.More and more people practise the physical training.The attitude towards the functions of P.E.has changed a lot.Therefore by the research of the educational function and fitness entertainment of P.E.,the other functions in physical and mental development are earnestly summarized with the purpose of promoting cultural and ethical progress.
