摘　　要：综述了X射线显微成像机理 ,成像光学元件 ,记录介质 ,X射线显微术的分类 ,辐射损伤及三维信息的获取等 ,并预见X射线显微术的发展趋势。this paper summarizes the theory of the X-ray microscopic image,the optical elements ,the recording media,the classification and the radiative damage of the X-ray microscopy ,and the obstainment of the three-dimensional message.The writer also foresees the developing trend of thde X-ray microscopy.
