摘　　要：系统研究了脂肪甲酮与芳香醛和芳香胺参与的曼尼奇反应。研究了一类新型曼尼奇反应 ,它可在室温或略低温下用浓盐酸作催化剂条件下进行 ,合成了十多种相关曼尼奇碱 ,产率 6 1 3%～ 90 4 % ,其中有11种新化合物。采用了红外、核磁等方式进行分析表征 ,考察了影响反应速度及合成效率的各种因素。Mannich reactions with aromatic,aromatic ketones and aromatic aldehydes and their applications were studied systematically.In this article,a novel type of Mannich reactions of aliphatic methylketone with aromatic aldehydes and aromatic amines were directly performed at about room temperature or slightly below,in the presence of concentrated hydrochoric aicd as the catalyst.More than ten related Mannich bases, 1-aryl-1-arylamino-3-hexanone were synthesized with the yields being from 61.3%～90.4%. Among the propared Mannich bases,there were eleven new Mannich Base compounds.Various factors to influence the reaction rates and synthetic yields were examined as well.
