摘　　要：根据电子处方安全共享的需要,结合区域化健康档案共享交换的特点,从法律举证的角度提出一套处方电子签名的解决方案。利用公共基础设施PKI相关技术对门诊处方电子签名进行研究,提出双重认证的身份识别方式。参考HL7CDA临床文档结构创建一个结构化规则库,解决异构系统、非结构化电子处方的电子签名问题。逐步建立处方电子签名的应用模式,以期促进健康档案的电子签名的应用研究。According to the need for secure sharing of electronic prescription, combining with the file-sharing characteristics of regional health record, this paper propose a set of electronic signature solutions for prescription from a legal point of view, Adopt Public Key Infrastructure （ PKI ） to research the electronic signatures on prescription, and propose two-factor authentication method of identification, create a structured rule according to HL7 CDA, solve the electronic signature of prescriptions on unstructured and heterogeneous system, work up a application mode so as to promote the application of electronic signatures on health records.
