摘　　要：目的研究小鼠在胚胎及生后发育不同阶段肺β-防御素1(mBD-1)的表达。方法孕鼠随机分成2组:对照组和实验组。实验组于胚胎提取及出生前24h腹腔注射LPS,对照组以等剂量生理盐水代替。各组分别于14.5、17.5 dpc(days post coition,交配后天数)、生后0d、生后4d取肺组织进行石蜡包埋、连续切片,并进行mBD-1的免疫组化染色,用图像分析系统进行定量分析,并进行统计学处理。结果对照小鼠从14.5d胚胎至出生后4 d各时期肺组织中均存在mBD-1阳性表达,且呈增加趋势(P<0.05);而同一时间点实验组阳性表达略高于对照组,但与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本实验表明不同发育阶段小鼠肺组织均表达mBD-1,且其表达呈上升趋势,提示该分子可能是肺组织天然抵抗微生物感染的一个重要分子基础。Objective To observe the expression of β-defensin 1 in mouse lung at different developmental stages.Methods Pregnant mice were randomly divided into experimental group（EG） and control group（CG）.LPS was given via intraperitoneal injection in EG 24h before the embryo extraction.Isodose normal saline was given for GC.Mice were sacrificed at different time points.The lung was embedded with paraffin on coronal plane.The expression changes of β-defensin 1 were detected by immunohistochemistry technique.Results In control group,the expression of β-defensin 1 increased gradually from at embryonic 14.5dpc to postnatal 4 d（P〈0.05）.The expression of β-defensin 1 in the LPS group has no significant difference compared with the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The expression of β-defensin 1 in the various developmental stages of the lung of mouse indicates that it plays an important role in innate host defense system.
