摘　　要：目的观察曲马多对围拔管期心血管反应的防治效果。方法选择全麻病人60例,随机分为C组(对照组,n=30)、T组(曲马多组,n=30)。术中切实补足血容量。手术结束前20分钟,分别静注生理盐水2 mL、曲马多100mg。随后观察5个时点的SBP、DBP及HR。结果对照组在吸痰、拔管时的SBP、DBP及HR均较术前明显升高(P<0.01),观察组在吸痰、拔管及回病房时则无明显变化。结论曲马多可有效防治围拔管期的心血管反应。Objective To investigate the preventive effect of tramadol on stress reaction during tracheal extubation.Methods 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly divided into tramadol group（groupⅠ,n=30） and control group（groupⅡ,n=30）.Before extubation,100mg of tramadol and 2ml of saline were given intravenously in group Ⅰand groupⅡ,respectively.SBP,DBP,HR,ECG and SpO2 were monitored,respectively.Results SBP,DBP and HR at airway suctioning and extubation and 5 min after extubation were higher than those of preoperative level in control group（P〈0.05）.There were no obvious changes in therapy group at the same periods.Conclusion We believe that hypertension and tachycardia occurring during tracheal extubation can be attenuated by tramadol.
