摘  要:简要介绍鞍山钢铁股份有限公司冷轧厂4套冷连轧机自动厚度控制系统(AGC)的基本原理和仪表配置,详细描述了前馈AGC、监控AGC、秒流量AGC等各种AGC控制方式的计算公式和控制作用,并结合鞍钢冷连轧机的实际应用,从不同角度对不同时期的AGC算法进行定性和定量的综合分析比较,并通过分析粗调AGC和精调AGC的控制策略,得出高级秒流量AGC可以获得更高的厚度精度,以及综合考虑带钢厚度和带钢板形因素后,平整模式C是轧制一般钢种的最佳选择的结论。A brief introduction to the control principle and the sensors configuration of automatic gauge control systems for the four sets of continuous cold strip mills at Ansteel is given at the beginning of this paper, which is then followed by detailed descriptions on the control functions and the formulas of various AGC algorithms, including feed forward AGC, monitoring AGC and mass flow AGC. Qualitative and quantitative comparisons between the different AGC algorithms are carried out and analyzed on the basis of their practical performance in the Ansteel' s cases. The analysis on the control strategies of coarse AGC and fine AGC shows that the Advanced Mass Flow AGC can achieve higher thickness accuracy. It is also concluded that the skin pass mode C is the most appropriate rolling mode for common steel grade strip production at Ansteel when both of strip thickness and shape are taking into account for the control purposes.
