摘 要:介绍国内外炉气分析系统在钢铁行业中的应用现状,着重介绍在宝山钢铁股份有限公司第二炼钢厂5#RH精炼炉现场应用的飞行时间质谱炉气分析系统的组成,以及应用效果。实际结果表明,本套系统现场运行稳定可靠,系统延迟时间仅为13 s左右,可得出不同RH冶炼工艺的冶炼曲线,其分析结果快速、准确,且为RH精炼工艺的终点碳和温度控制提供了有力的判据,对提高RH精炼炉的生产效率具有重大意义。Domestic and foreign application status of gas analysis system in iron and steel industry are introduced. Structure and application effect of gas analysis system based on time of flight mass spectrometer applied to No. 5 RH refining furnace of the Second Steelmaking Plant in Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. are described in detail. Practical results show that running of the system is stable and reliable, and delay time is only 13 seconds or so. It can provide smelting curves of different RH refining process, and its analysis of result is fast and accurate. Analysis results provide forceful criterion for terminal carbon content and temperature control of RH refining process, and play a significant role for improvement of production efficiency of RH refining furnace.
