摘 要:目的通过体外联合药敏试验了解治疗耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌感染的最佳联合用药。方法耐亚胺培南铜绿假单胞菌30株,以琼脂稀释法测定环丙沙星(CIP)、阿米卡星(AMK)、头孢噻肟(CTX)、左氧氟沙星(LVX)的最低抑菌浓度(MIC),以棋盘肉汤稀释法对CIP与CTX和AMK与CTX进行联合药敏实验。结果棋盘肉汤稀释法,CTX与AMK和CIP的协同率分别为80%和43.3%,有效点率分别为73.3%和30%。结论对多重耐药铜绿假单胞菌的感染,可使用AMK和CTX进行联合治疗。Objective To screen the optimal combination of antibiotic therapy for imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa by in vitro combined sensitivity test.Methods Thirty isolates of imipenem-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa were enrolled.The minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of ciprofloxacin (CIP),amikacin (AMK),cefotaxime (CTX),levofloxacin (LVX) were determined by agar dilution,and the combined sensitivity tests of AMK plus CIP,AMK plus CTX were performed by checkerboard titration system with fractional inhibitory concentration (FIC) index.Results The synergy rate of AMK plus CIP was 80.0%,while AMK plus CTX was 43.3%,and the effective rates of the 2 combination schemes were 73.3% and 30.0% .Conclusion The combination of AMK and CTX should be available for clinical treatment of multi-drug resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
