摘　　要：目的:调查并比较荆门市城市和农村19～50岁已婚育龄妇女保健知识知晓和获取途径,并探讨影响因素。方法:自编调查问卷,对城市555名和农村904名19～50岁已婚妇女进行调查。结果:城市已婚妇女保健知识得分总分为(58.26±10.76)分,农村(53.28±11.60)分,两者之间有统计学差异(P<0.05);城市和农村妇女现有知识的获得途径在广播电视、医疗专家两方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两者在认为较好健康教育途径方面在广播电视、亲朋好友、基层医疗工作人员和医学生几项存在统计学差异。结论:城市已婚妇女保健知识知晓情况好于农村,但两者总体知晓情况都不理想,应开展多种形式的健康教育,提高妇女保健知识水平。Objective：To investigate and compare the awareness and acquisition channels of health care knowledge of married women aged 19 ～ 50 years old in urban area and rural area of Jingmen city,and explore the effect factors.Methods：A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 555 married women aged 19 ～ 50 years old in urban area and 904 married women aged 19 ～ 50 years old in rural area.Results：The total scores of health care knowledge were （58.26 ± 10.76） in urban married women and （53.28 ± 11.60） in rural married women,there was significant difference （P 0.05） ;there was significant difference in acquisition channels of existing health care knowledge （radio and television,medical experts） between urban area and rural area （P 0.05）.While in the aspect of better access to health-care knowledge,there was a significant difference in radio and television,friends and family members,grass-roots medical staff and medical students between urban area and rural area.Conclusion：The awareness status of health care knowledge in urban married women is superior to that in rural married women,but the general situation is not ideal,a variety of health care education activities should be carried out to improve the level of health care knowledge in married women.
