摘　　要：民办高校的产权问题,是影响民办高等学校健康发展的一个关键问题。随着我国民办高校办学主体及投资模式的多元化以及民办高校数量和资产规模的不断扩张,合理界定产权、正确理解其收益和建立合理的分配机制,规范并保护各产权主体的地位与权能就越发显得重要和急迫--我国民办高校产权期待合理规范。Property issues is a key problem which affects the health development of civilian-run colleges and universities in China. With the diversification of the subjects of running school and investment modes, the expansion of the quantity and investment scale, it＇ s more urgent and important to definite the property reasonably, understand the allocation mechanism of profit correctly, and rectify the positions and rights of different objects. It＇s expected to rectify the property problem of civilian-run college in China.
