摘  要:溶解氧(DO)浓度是影响丝状菌污泥膨胀最重要的因素之一。选用具有代表性的啤酒废水为处理对象,研究了SBR工艺中DO浓度对丝状菌污泥膨胀的影响。结果表明:高DO浓度(4~6.5mg/L)不会导致丝状菌污泥膨胀;低DO浓度能引起丝状菌污泥膨胀,当DO浓度降低至0.4mg/L时,SVI升高到210mL/g,会导致污泥膨胀发生。低DO浓度下污泥膨胀发生后,在较高的DO浓度条件下运行一定的周期数后,污泥膨胀能得到有效控制,使污泥沉降性能恢复到正常水平。The concentration of dissolved oxygen(DO) is one of the most important factors which influence filamentous sludge bulking in wastewater treatment plant. The effect of DO concentration on filamentous sludge bulking in SBR was stud- ied by using typical brewery wastewater as influent. The results showed that high DO concentration was not a factor causing filamentous sludge bulking. When the reactors operated with high DO concentration (4-6.5mg/L), the sludge settleability was well. But the low DO concentration could cause filamentous sludge bulking. When the DO concentration reduced to 0.4mg/L, the SVI reached to 210mL/g, the sludge bulking happened. After the sludge bulking occurred under tow DO concentration, and the reactors operated for several cycles under high DO concentration, the sludge bulking could be effectively controlled and settleable sludge could be recovered to the normal level.
