摘 要:通过控水盆栽试验手段,在大豆全生育期、花荚期、鼓粒期分别进行干旱胁迫,研究比较2个大豆品种的产量相关性状变化,为大豆抗旱育种提供理论指导。试验结果表明,随着干旱程度的增加,合丰35号和垦农18号对干旱胁迫的承受能力逐渐趋同。就不同生育时期而言,花荚期干旱对单株荚数和单株粒数的影响大于鼓粒期,2个大豆品种均有相似的规律,但影响的程度不同,垦农18号的荚数和粒数降低幅度大于合丰35号。鼓粒期干旱对百粒重的影响大于花荚期,合丰35号的百粒重减轻的程度低于垦农18号。不同生育时期相比,鼓粒期干旱胁迫对单株产量的影响大于花荚期的影响。By using the water supplying and controlling pot test method,the drought stress method was carried on during the soybean full breeding period,flower and pod period,and seed filling period.Two soybean varieties' yield and their correlative characterizations were analyzed which provided the guidance for soybeans' breeding against drought.The result showed:by the increase of drought degree,the drought stress ability of Hefeng35 and Kenong18 became similar.For different breeding periods,the effect of flower and pod drought was more evident than the seed filling period on pod number per plant and seed number per plant.The two varieties were both had the similar rule,but their effects were not the same.The decreasing range of pod and seed number of Kenong18 was larger than that of Hefeng35.The effect of drought in seed filling period on 100-kernel weight was more evident than that of the flower and pod period.The decreasing range of 100-kernel weight of Hefeng35 was lower than that of Kenong18.Compared with the different breeding period,the drought stress of seed filling period on the yield of per-plant was more evident than that of the flower and pod period.
