摘　　要：文章阐述了补充医疗保险面临的问题及推进补充医疗保险顺利进行的几点思考。目的是进一步解决基本医疗保险基金和大额医疗费用互助基金支付以外的医疗费用,解决退休人员和患重病人员医药费用负担过重的问题,从而提高职工的医疗保障水平。The problems that supplementary medical insurance faces and several thoughts on the smooth conduct of supplementary medical insurance are described.Reflections are on the purpose of further resolving medical expenses and the medical expenses beyond the scope of the basic medical insurance funds and large mutual funds,and solving problems of staff excessive burden after retirement and medical costs of serious illness thereby to improve the level of workers＇ medical care.
