建国以来河南省产业结构动态演进的特征分析

摘　　要：以建国以来的统计数据为基础,运用一系列衡量产业结构状况和产业结构演进的相关指标,计算分析了河南省三次产业及其内部结构、就业产业结构、产业结构升级转换等层面的动态演进过程,并进一步用偏离份额法评价了建国以来不同阶段产业结构动态演进的特征。结果表明:建国以来,河南省产业结构逐步得到优化,产业结构转换方向越来越合理,其变动趋势基本符合世界产业结构演进的规律。但与全国及沿海地区相比,河南省产业结构总体仍处于低级化水平,不合理现象依然存在,调整产业结构仍是现阶段的一项重要工作。Based on the statistical figures since liberation , this paper used a series of relational index that measure the industrial structure condition and industrial structure, analyzed the dynamic evolution of the three industries and their internal structure, employment and production structure, and upgrade and conversion of industrial structure by indicators. Furthermore , used Shift-Share Method model, evaluated dynamic evolution＇ s characteris- tics in the different phases since liberation. The paper comes to the conclusion： Since liberation, industrial structure of Henan gets gradually optimized, the industrial structure conversion direction is more and more reasonable, the evolutional tendency of industrial structure complies with the general rule of industrial structure evolution. But, in comparison with the whole country and the coastland region, the industrial structure level of Henan remains low, the irreasonable phenomenon exists still, adjusting industrial structure is still a key job at this stage.
