摘　　要：介绍了成品油公路运输承运商的现状和存在的问题,提出了资源整合的战略和资源整合内容;通过对资源整合模式的阐述,提出了成品油公路运输承运商资源整合的发展模式和整合步骤,为石油销售企业成品油公路运输承运商的后期发展提出了建设性思路。The paper introduces the current status of the highway carrier companies of refined oil products and the existing problems, proposes the strategy and measures for their resource integration;through elaborating on the specific patterns of resource integration,it proposes the pattern of development and specific procedures for the resource integration of the highway carriers,contributing constructive ideas to the development of highway carriers transportation forwarders of refined oil products.
