摘　　要：以实际调研某港口质押监管业务为背景,以业务流程优化理论、风险评估控制理论为指导,提出了港口质押监管业务的优化流程,在规避、转移监管风险方面起到了积极作用。On the basis of a field investigation of the pledge business of a certain port,the paper puts for the measures for the optimization of its business process under the guidance of relevant theories,which would positively influence the aversion and transference of risks.
