摘　　要：先从物流成本横向观点-分析构成物流成本的各横向要素探索物流成本控制策略;再从整体供应链的角度出发探索物流成本供应链控制策略。The paper introduces the horizontal and vertical elements of logistics cost,analyzes their bearings in the overall enterprise performance,and proposes the corresponding strategy to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises.
