摘　　要：在分析了动态企业联盟对ＡＳＣＭＳ需求的基础上，提出系统建模与仿真、计划与控制模式及过程管理是建立ＡＳＣＭＳ的关键问题，给出了关键问题的解决方案及ＡＳ－ＣＭＳ的结构与功能。ＡＳＣＭＳ将为有效地组建动态企业联盟和快速响应市场提供有力的支持。By analyzing the requirements of the ASCMS for VE, the key problems, of system modeling and simulation, planning and control as well as process management for developing ASCMS is pro posed. The solutions to the key problems are presented, and the structure and f unctions of the ASCMS are also introduced. The ASCMS will provides the computer aid sup port for building VE so as to rapidly respond the requirements of the market.
