HRT对去势雌兔冠状动脉粥样硬化影响的生化指标及病理形态学观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察激素替代疗法(HRT)对去势、高脂饮食雌兔血脂的影响及对冠状动脉血管的病理形态学改变,为激素替代疗法提供血管病理形态学变化依据。[方法]以去势雌兔作为雌激素缺乏模型,喂食高脂饲料复制动脉粥样硬化症,并行HRT后测定兔血脂及光镜下观察冠状动脉血管病理形态学变化。32只兔共分为4组,每组8只,A假手术组;B模型组,行双侧卵巢切除术(OVX);C倍美力组,OVX后补充倍美力;D尼尔雌醇+安宫黄体酮组,OVX后补充尼尔雌醇+安宫黄体酮。[结果]各组兔TC、LDL-C、HDL-C指标与正常比较均有不同程度增高。各组与正常兔比较以上指标P﹤0.01;B、C、D与A组比较P﹤0.05;C、D与B组比较P﹥0.05。各组兔心脏各级冠状动脉血管均见不同程度早期动脉粥样硬化症病变,D组最轻,A组较轻,B组及C组较重。[结论]去势后HRT对兔血脂影响及冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的影响与雌激素类型、激素配伍使用有关。[Objective] To investigate the change in pathomorphology of atherosclerotic coronary arteries and the blood fat in rabbits which were ovariectomized and given cholesterol enriched diet after HRT,and meanwhile provide the pathomorphological basis for HRT. [Methods] The ovariectomized female rabbits were used as the female hormone（Estrogen） deficiency model,feeding them with high cholesterol diet to induce atherosclerosis after HRT. The cholesterol level of rabbit blood was tested to observe pathological changes of the coronary artery. The 32 rabbits were divided into 4 groups randomly（n = 8） . Group A was pseudo-surgery group;Group B was OVX group;Group C was Premarin group（supply Premarin after OVX）;Group D was Nilestriol ＋ Progestational hormone group（supply Nilestriol and Progestational hormone after OVX） . [Results] Index TC,LDL-C and HDL-C of each group of rabbits were higher than normal value. Compared with indices of normal rabbits,which in every group were different（P﹤0.01） ,while compared with Group A,Group B,C and D（P﹤0.05）;the indices in Group C and D were different compared with Group B（P﹤0.05） . Hearts and coronary arteries at all levels in each group were found AS pathological changes on the early stage,group D was least,group A were minor,group B,C were serious. [Conclusion] The effect of HRT on blood fat and coronary atherosclerosis in ovariectomized rabbit is related with the type and the compatibility of estrogen.
