摘  要:采用AA3连续流动分析仪对不同冰冻时间的标准水样和本校人工湖水样的总磷浓度进行了测定。结果表明,标准水样冰冻14天(d)内的浓度与其原始浓度基本一致,冰冻时间>14d时水样浓度低于标准浓度;富营养化人工湖水样冰冻7d时的测试结果高于原始浓度,冰冻14d时的浓度与其原始浓度一致,而冰冻时间>14d时样品浓度远低于其原始浓度。对实验统计结果分析得知,标准水样和本校人工湖水样冰冻14d时的测定结果可作为不能24h内进行样品分析的参考(P>0.05)。The concentrations of total phosphate(TP) in standard water samples and artificial pond water samples with different frozen time were measured by continuous flow analyzer.Results showed that with the frozen time within 14 days,the TP concetrations of standard water samples were basically correspondent with the original values,and with the frozen time more than 14 days,they were lower than original values.For water samples of eutrophicated pond,with the frozen time of 7days,the TP concentrations were a little higher than the original valaes;with the frozen time of 14 days,they were approximately in accordance the original values;and with the frozen time more than 14 days,they were much lower than the original values.The statistical results suggest that the TP concentrations of standard and pond water samples with the frozen time of 14 days can be used as reference values for water samples that can't be measured in 24 hours.
