摘　　要：主要利用ADAMS软件平台,建立了圆压平模切机的工作台和其运行系统的三维数字化虚拟样机,并对其进行了较为系统的多体系统动力学仿真分析。实现了工作台系统按原定运行速度曲线工作时,计算机对机器的冲击力及随时间变化过程的仿真模拟;验证了工作台运动曲线能否满足机架强度的要求。The software platform of ADAMS was mainly utilized,the three-dimensional virtual prototype for table of flat-bed cylinder die-cutting machine and its operation system was established,and dynamic emulation analysis of many-body system was performed systematically.When the table system works by the original operation speed curve,emulation to the change process of impact of computer on machine with time is realized,and whether the movement curve of table meets requirements of frame strength is verified.
