企业离退休人员高血压患病情况及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解企业离退休员工高血压的患病状况及影响高血压的某些因素,探讨企业社区高血压的防治办法。方法采用健康普查的办法,共对45岁以上1031名离退休员工进行健康检查,将检查中发现的高血压资料进行统计分析。结果 1031名离退休员工查出高血压患者524人,高血压患病率为50.82%。结论离退休人员高血压患病率高,且随年龄增加而呈上升趋势,男女患病率无明显差异,高血压发生与肥胖、血糖、血脂异常等因素有明显的关系。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hypertension of the enterprise retirees and the factors influencing hypertension,and then discuss the prevention and treatment methods for hypertension in enterprise and community.Methods Health screening was adopted to conduct physical examination for 1 031 retirees above the age of 45,and statistical analysis on the hypertension data acquired from the examination was conducted.Results Among the 1 031 retirees,524 retirees suffered from hypertension with a morbidity of 50.82%.Conclusion The hypertension morbidity was high among retirees,and demonstrated a rising trend with age,with no significant difference of morbidity shown between male and female retirees.The occurrence of hypertension had an obvious relationship with factors of obesity,blood glucose abnormalities and dyslipidemia,etc.
