摘  要:以陕北榆林南部丘陵沟壑区绥德地区油松、刺槐人工林为研究对象,采用实地调查、采样分析等方法对2种人工林的根系生物量、土壤有机碳垂直分布进行了研究,结果表明:在相同树龄和不同植被下,根系生物量存在差异,尤其是粗度5 mm以上的根系差异显著(p<0.05),变异系数达到35.27%;土壤有机碳含量差异不明显,变异系数仅为5.69%;根系生物量和土壤有机碳含量垂直分布特征明显,根系生物量层次变化大,主要集中在第2、3、4层;土壤有机碳含量层次变化平缓,表层差异最大。2种人工林土壤全氮与有机碳含量呈显著线性正相关。Vertical distributions of root biomass and soil organic carbon were studied by field survey and sampling a nalysis in Pinus tabulaeformis and Robinia pseudoacacia plantations located in the hilly-gully region in southern Yulin. The results showed that there existed differences in root biomass between plantations with different tree species with the same tree age. Especially, there were significant differences in root biomass,in which the root diameters were over 5 mm, with a coeficient of variation (cv) 35.27 % (p〈0.05). No significant difference was found between soil organic carbon content, the cv was 5.69 %. Vertical distribution characteristics were distinct in root biomass and soil organic carbon. There were great change of root biomass in different layers, concentrated mainly in the second, the third and the fourth layers. Changes of soil organic carbon were relatively smooth, and concentrated mainly in the surface layer. Correlation analysis between soil total nitrogen, phosphorus and organic carbon showed that the total nitrogen significantly correlated to organic carbon linearly.
