摘  要:在大田栽培条件下测定了新疆6个核桃品种的叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明:6个核桃品种Fv/Fm和Fo的品种间差异达到极显著水平(p<0.01),Fm的品种间差异达到显著水平(p<0.05),而Fv/Fo的品种间差异不显著。在时间序列上,Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、Fo和Fm均差异极显著(p<0.01)。除新温185和新新2的叶绿素荧光参数T1/2在下午强光条件下较上午有所增加外,其他品种在下午的强光条件下均有不同程度的降低,表明下午的强光、高温和低空气湿度使得PSⅡ活性下降,PSⅡ光合电子传递链受阻,从而发生了光抑制。新温185、新新2的耐光抑制能力最强,其次是新早丰、新丰和扎343,新温179的耐光抑制能力最弱。The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the leaves of six walnut varieties were meseared and compared under field conditions. There existed extremely significant difference in Fv/Fm and Fo (p〈0. 01) among the six varieties. The difference in Fm (p〈0. 05) was significant on the level of species series. However, the difference in Fv/Fo was not significant among the six on the level of species series. The differences in Fv/Fm, Fv/Fo, Fo and Fm were extremely significant (p〈0. 01)on the level of time series. Except that the T1/2 values of varity "Xinwen185" and "Xinxin2" were not evidently varied in the afternoon compared with the same value in the morning, the T1/2 values of other varieties decreased to some extents, indicating that photosynthetic activity decreased and PS II electron transport was inhibited after strong irradiance, high air temperature and low air relative humidity, leading to light inhibition. The ability to resist light inhibition of the six walnut varieties were that "Xinwen185", and "Xinxin2" were the strongest, "Xinzaofeng','Xinfeng" and "Zha343" were in the middle, Xinwen179" was the weakest.
