摘  要:以柴松不定芽为外植体,在保证基本培养条件不变的情况下,采用完全随机区组设计,研究培养基种类、活性炭浓度、蔗糖浓度、转接周期等对不定芽伸长生长的影响。结果表明:适宜于柴松不定芽伸长生长的基本培养基为1/2MS,不定芽生长健壮,苗高均值达到最大,为1.86 cm;活性炭浓度为0.1%时,有利于丛生芽苗的伸长生长,苗高均值达到1.48 cm;当蔗糖浓度为2.0%时,苗高均值最大,为1.28 cm;当培养周期为20 d时,有效地改善了芽苗枯死现象,培养周期延长至40 d时,芽苗枯死率明显升高。柴松不定芽生长与伸长的适宜培养基1/2MS+0.1 mg·L^(-1)AC+2.0mg·L^(-1)蔗糖。During the the tissue culture of Pinus tabulaeformis f. shekannesis, can the adventitious root be induced only when the elongation growth of adventitious bud occurs. Factors that affect the elongation growth during the tissue culture of P. tabulaeformis f. shekannesis were investigated, such as types of culture media, amount of the addition of activated carbon (AC), sugar concentration, and periods of culture, etc. The optimal medium was 1/2 MS, the bud grew healthily in this medium, and mean height of seedling was 1.86 cm; the amount of AC added was 0.1 mg· L-1 , the mean height of seedling was 1.48 cm; the concentration of sucrose was 2.0 %; the mean height of seedling was 1.28 cm; the culture period was 20 days, from which buds withering can be inhibited effectively.
