IgA肾病患儿尿红细胞形态与蛋白尿关系的研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨IgA肾病(IgA nephropathy,IgAN)患儿尿红细胞形态与24 h尿蛋白的关系及其在临床中的意义。【方法】对经肾活检术确诊为IgA肾病(IgAN)的41例患儿,用普通显微镜观察尿中每高倍镜视野下的红细胞数及红细胞形态,计算各种形态红细胞所占百分比。【结果】确诊病例中24 h尿蛋白量≥2 g/L的14例,<2 g/L的27例。将圈形红细胞所占比例与24 h尿蛋白定量进行卡方检验,P<0.05为有统计学意义。【结论】尿镜检中圈形红细胞的数量与所占百分比可用于辅助诊断IgAN,可能成为IgA肾病预后的辅助判断指标。【Objective】 To study the relationship of urinary red blood cell morphology and 24-hour urine protein and explore its clinical significance. 【Methods】 Forty-one diagnosed IgA nephropathy（IgAN） children were enrolled after surgery for renal biopsy.The number of red blood cells and red blood cell shape were studied with normal microscope lens.The percentage of various forms of red blood cells were calculated. 【Result】 There was a significant interaction between proportion of the ring-shaped red blood cells and 24-hour urinary protein（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusion】 Ring-shaped red blood cell number and the percentage can be used for diagnosis IgAN,may become auxiliary to judge the prognosis of IgA nephropathy indicators.
