摘 要:以环氧树脂(1004)溶液为反应底物,采用半连续溶液聚合法合成环氧丙烯酸树脂(EA)后再加入氨基硅烷,得到氨基硅烷改性的环氧丙烯酸树脂(A-EA).采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重分析(TG)、差示扫描量热(DSC)对A-EA的结构进行表征,并对氨基硅烷对树脂性能的影响进行了研究.结果表明,通过环氧基和氨基间的开环反应,氨基硅烷接入了环氧丙烯酸分子主链.氨基硅烷显著提升了环氧丙烯酸树脂的热稳定性.随着氨基硅烷用量的增加,A-EA耐(沸)水性随之增强,涂膜玻璃化温度和硬度则先增加后降低.With epoxy resin solution as reaction substrate and aminosilane as modification agent,aminosilane modified epoxy-acrylic glass coating(A-EA) was synthesized by semi-continuous solution polymerization technology.A-EA was characterized by FT-IR,TG,DSC,and the effect of aminosilane on A-EA performance was also studied.Experimental results showed that aminosilane grafted epoxy-acylate copolymers were obtained via opening reaction between epoxy group and amino group.Aminosilane had benefit for the anti-heat property of epoxy-acrylic resin.With aminosilane content increasing the resistance proterties to water had been enhanced for the A-EA,while the glass transition temperature and hardness of coating increased firstly and then decreased.
