摘 要:针对在夏季的高温、强辐射等恶劣气候条件下使用翅片管式冷凝器的分体式空调器经常出现换热能力不足的问题,提出了采用湿帘加湿产生湿风来改善空调器冷凝换热效果的措施,并对湿风冷却翅片管式换热器的性能进行了试验.结果表明,湿风冷却可提高翅片管式换热器的冷却效果,在环境温度为30℃时,湿风冷却换热器换热量的增幅最小也达18%,且随着环境温度的增大,换热量增幅也增大;在环境温度为38℃时,换热量的增幅可达40%;淋水填料的降温随环境温度的增大而增大,换热器的风量随填料厚度的增加而减小,对于100 mm淋水填料,换热器的风量减小22.6%.To increase the refrigerating effect of the spilt air conditioners under the torrid weather condition such as high temperature and powerful radiation in summer,a measurement was provided that could improve the effect of heat exchange on condenser by using humidifying air cooling derived from wetted packing.An experimental studying on the performconce of finned tube heat exchanger with humidity cooling air was corried out.The results indicated that humidity cooling air increased the heat exchange effect of finned tube heat exchanger.The higher ambient temperature the better heat transfer effect.When the ambient temperature were 30 ℃ and 38 ℃,the increase amplitude of the heat transfer rate were enhanced to 18% and 40% respectively,e.g.The air flow rate of the heat exchanger decreased as the thickness of packing increased,e.g.The air flow rate of the heat exchanger decreased by 22.6% with spraying packing thickness of 100 mm.
