摘 要:根据2008年6月靖海湾松江鲈鱼种质资源保护区表层海水营养盐、重金属以及相关环境因子的调查数据,重点研究了营养盐和重金属的分布特征,并对该水域营养水平和有机污染状况进行了评价。结果表明,靖海湾表层海水的DIN、PO4-P的平均浓度分别为528.49和48.18μg/L,均超过一类海水水质标准。营养盐和环境因子的相关性分析表明,陆源径流输入是该水域的主要营养来源。重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Hg、As的平均浓度分别为1.63、0.44、4.23、0.21、0.034、1.16μg/L,均符合一类海水水质标准。营养化评价模式和有机污染指数计算结果,N/P值均大于Redfield比值(16),P显得相对缺乏,表层海水营养水平基本属于富营养化,有机污染程度达到5级,表明该调查水域受到严重的有机污染。根据污染分担率分析,PO4-P是该水域的首要污染物,同时Cu含量最接近美国国家海洋与大气管理局生物慢性安全浓度,这表明PO4-P和Cu是靖海湾松江鲈鱼种质资源保护区生态环境评价中的敏感因子,须引起重视。Based on the survey data of nutrients,heavy metals in surface seawater and other related environmental factors in the Trachidermus fasciatus Heckel germplasm resources protection area of Jinghai Bay in Jun of 2008,the distribution patters of nutrients and heavy metals were mainly studied.The results showed that the average concentrations of DIN,PO4-P in surface seawater were 528.49,48.18 μg/L,respectively,and were more than the first class seawater quality standard.The correlation analysis between nutrients and environmental factors showed that the terrestrial input were the main source of the nutrients.The average concentrations of Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd,Hg,As in surface seawater were 1.63,0.44,4.23,0.21,0.034,1.16 μg/L,respectively,and were less than the first class seawater quality standard.From the evaluation mode of eutrophication and organic pollution index,the value of N/P ratio was higher than Redfield ratio 16,the phosphate was the limited factor for the growth of phytoplankton.The investigation areas were in the level of rich nutrient,and the organic pollution degree was down to the fifth level.It showed that this water area has suffered from the serious organic pollution.By analyzing the sharing ratio of pollution,the key pollutant was PO4-P.Meanwhile,Cu concentration was close to the safe levels recommended by NOAA(Nation Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration).It showed also that PO4-P and Cu were the sensitive factors,the more attention should be put.
