军队综合大学短学期组织管理问题初探

摘　　要：短学期的组织管理工作应针对短学期特点,瞄准其目标任务,紧紧围绕教学训练展开,突出实践教学环节的组织与管理,实现宏观管控与分类指导相结合,集中领导与分工负责相结合,常规机制与应急响应相结合,重点把握住课堂教学、技(体)能训练、行政管理、文体活动、综合保障等关键环节的组织管理。The organization and management of the short term should aim at short term goals and tasks according to its characteristics. It should center on the teaching and training,stress of the teaching practice realize the combination of macro-control and classified guidance,the division of responsible and centralized leadership,and conventional mechanism and emergency response. Attention should be paid to the organization and management of the key points,such as classroom teaching,skill or physical training,administration,recreational activities,comprehensive guarantee etc.
