摘  要:磷矿是重要的战略资源,它在我国黄磷生产成本中所占的比重正逐渐加大,科学合理使用磷矿资源已迫在眉捷。分析了磷矿化学组分对黄磷生产的影响,以高CO2低硅、高硅低CO2两种磷矿为例,分析了用配矿生产黄磷的优越性,指出黄磷生产用矿并不是品位越高越经济,用配矿生产黄磷,入炉配合料的化学组分应符合黄磷生产要求,科学合理用矿是我国黄磷生产的重要课题。Phosphorite is an important strategic resource.In China,it takes an increasing proportion in the yellow phosphorus production cost.It is imperative to reasonably use the phosphorite resource.The influence by the chemical components of phosphorite on yellow phosphorus production is analyzed.Taking the example of two types of phosphorite:one with high CO2 and low Si,and one with high Si and low CO2,the advantages of producing yellow phosphorus with blended rock are analyzed.It is pointed out that for yellow phosphorus production,high economics has no relation to high quality of rock,and for yellow production with blended rock,the chemical components of the feed blended material should meet the production requirements for yellow phosphorus,and reasonable use of the rock is an important issue of yellow production in China.
