摘　　要：为了解决冶炼烟气制酸中过筛钒催化剂时粉尘飞扬,污染操作环境等问题,对原洗涤效果较差的泡沫式粉尘空气洗涤器进行改造。介绍了填料式粉尘空气洗涤器的结构特点,用其洗涤过筛钒催化剂时的粉尘空气效果显著。In order to solve problems in the metallurgical sulfuric acid production,such as dust from sieving vanadium catalyst that pollutes the operating environment,revamp is done for the original foam type dust air scrubber with poor scrubbing effect.The structural features of packed type dust air scrubber are described,which offers significant effect for scrubbing the dust air from sieving the vanadium catalyst.
