摘 要:为降低制磷电炉的电耗,提高磷得率,介绍了制磷电炉炉内的主要化学反应,分析了磷矿石主要组分和物理性能对制磷电炉生产操作的影响,阐述了磷矿石质量指标中转鼓指数、磨损指数、热稳定性的检验方法,建议合理利用磷矿资源,加强科学管理,健全和完善原料预处理措施,严把磷矿石质量关,切实做好精料入炉,注意安全生产。In order to reduce the power consumption by the electric furnace for phosphorus production,and increase the phosphorus yield,major chemical reactions in the electric furnace for phosphorus production are introduced,the influences by main components and physical properties of phosphate rock on the operation of the electric furnace for phosphorus production are analyzed,the test methods for drum index,abrasion index and thermal stability among the quality indicators for phosphate rock are described,and reasonable utilization of the phosphate rock resource,strengthening scientific management,establishing and improving the raw material pre-treatment measures,strict control of phosphate rock quality,proper feeding of fine materials into the furnace,and paying attention to safe production are suggested.
