应用电生理检查对四边孔综合征的诊断分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用电生理检查对四边孔综合征的诊断作用。方法:回顾性分析2005.3～2010.3期间,临床四边孔综合征患者24例的电生理资料。结果:所检全部患侧腋神经支配肌中均见失神经电位和募集反应减弱。22例CMAP的LAT延长和波幅(AMP)降低、2例未引出CMAP。结论:电生理能对四边孔综合征进行比较准确地术前诊断,为治疗提供客观依据。Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of electrophysiologic examination in patient with quadrilateral space syndrome.Method：An electorphysiological data of 24 patients with quadrilateral space syndrome confirmed by operation at our center from March 2005 to March 2010 were retrospectively studied.Results：Denervation potentials and attenuated recruiting response were observed in electromyogram in all diseased muscles governed by axillary nerve.The prologation of latent period and amplitude depression of compound muscle action potentials in twenty-two patients,the CMAP was not induced in the other two patients.Conclusion：Electrophysiologic examination might be helpful in preoperative diagnosis and treatment of patients with quadrilateral space syndrome.
