关于大城市空间扩展的几个问题

摘　　要：从世界城市化历史进程看,大城市优先发展的趋势非常明显,处于城镇化加速阶段的中国大城市仍将继续成长。防止大城市发展带来的问题,一要确立并贯彻有限扩展的理念;二要注重城市的内涵式增长,克服和防止城市空间的低密度蔓延;三是当在一定发展阶段上大城市原有的空间扩展模式因成本巨幅增加导致不经济时,就应适时引导各种要素向周边卫星城镇疏散,使大城市向多中心空间结构演变;四要建设大运量快速公共交通体系,为大城市的发展提供支撑;五要发挥大城市的辐射功能带动城市群发展,最终形成大中小城市和小城镇协调发展的多元化城镇格局。From the view of the historical course of world urbanization,large cities are more likely to priority development.China large cities are in the accelerated phase of urbanization and will continue to grow.To prevent problems caused by city development,the following works should be done：first of all,the idea of limited expansion should be determined and implemented;secondly,paying more attention to the mode of city＇s intensive growth intensive and overcoming and preventing the low-density spread of city space;thirdly,guiding timely various elements to surrounding satellite towns and changing large cities into the multi-center＇s spatial structure when the spread of city space brings about a huge increase in cost;fourthly,building a large-capacity rapid transit system in order to provide a support for large cities＇ development;finally,playing a radiation role in leading the development of city cluster so as to form eventually a diversified city and town pattern in which large cities,medium-sized cities,small cities and small towns can develop coordinately.
