藏药青鹏胶囊抗病毒、抑菌作用实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察青鹏胶囊对流行性感冒病毒的抑制作用和对感染FM1病毒小鼠的保护作用。方法 1.应用细胞培养技术,在传代细胞上进行青鹏胶囊抗流感甲3和乙型病毒的抑制试验;2.观察青鹏胶囊对感染FM1病毒小鼠的保护作用;3.采用试管液体稀释法测定青鹏胶囊对51株常见致病菌的抑菌作用。结果 1.青鹏胶囊对流感甲3型病毒有明显的中和、治疗作用,对乙型病毒中和、治疗作用不明显;2.中剂量青鹏胶囊能降低感染FM1动物的死亡率（P〈0.05）,延长生存时间（P〈0.05）,能降低大、中、小剂量组病毒感染小鼠肺指数,与模型组比较差异非常显著（P〈0.01）;3.青鹏胶囊提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌（10/10）、表皮葡萄球菌（10/10）、甲型链球菌（2/6）、乙型链球菌（5/5）、双歧杆菌（2/3）、肺炎杆菌（6/6）、绿脓杆菌（3/4）、致病性大肠杆菌（7/7）等革兰氏阳性球菌、阴性杆菌抑菌作用较好,其多数菌株的最低抑菌浓度在（6.25~100）mg/mL之间。尤其对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎杆菌、致病性大肠杆菌的抑菌效果明显。结论青鹏胶囊对流感甲3病毒型具有明显的抑制作用。Objective To study the antiviral and antibacterial effects of Qingpeng Capsule.Methods 1.To study the antiviral（influenza virus A3 and B）effect of Qingpeng Capsule in vitro on passage cell;2.To study the protection effect of QingPeng capsule for FM1 virus infected mice;3.To study the antibacterial effect of Qingpeng on 51 strains of common pathogenic bacteria.Results 1.Qingpeng Capsule is effective in neutralization and treatment for influenza virus A3,but not effective for influenza virus B;2.Middle dose of Qingpeng capsule can reduce the mortality rate in FM1 virus infected mice（P 0.05） and reduce lung index in low,middle and high dose of virus infection（P 0.01）.it could also extend the survival time（P 0.05）;3.Qingpeng capsule extractive solution showed an suppressive effect in Staphylococcus aureus（10/10）,Staphylococcus epidermidis（10/10）,alpha streptococcus（2 / 6）,beta streptococcus（5 / 5）,Bacillus bifidus（2 / 3）,pneumobacillus（6 / 6）,Bacillus aeruginosus（3 / 4）,enteropathogenic E.coli（7 / 7） and other Gram-positive cocci,Gram-Negative bacillus.The minimum inhibitory concentration was around 6.25-100mg/ml.In particular,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,pneumobacillus,enteropathogenic E.coli strains were significantly inhibited.Conclusion Qingpeng Capsule is shown a remarkable antiviral effect on influenza virus A3.
